Say hello to the new Hitch App!

In the next few days, we’ll be releasing some exciting changes to Hitch app. So, the next time you log in, things will look a little… different. Better different.

The new-and-improved Hitch app is easier to navigate, cleaner and overall more pleasant to use. You can thank our user experience team for that!

Our goal for any Rexlabs product is ‘usable’ and ‘simple’; we believe software should be easy to use, satisfying to work with and — most importantly — make you better at what you do. So, our designers have spent some time tweaking Hitch app based on your (our users’) actual workflow.

The first thing you’ll notice is the Create a referral button has moved, from the bottom of the screen to the top.

It was a little buried before. Now, it’s front and centre — right where you need it (well, ‘top and right of the screen’ technically — but you get the gist).

Importantly, we’ve also improved the responsiveness of the app, making it easier for you to use Hitch app on all your devices.

Most of the changes are visual only, and don’t affect the functionality of the product. However, we’ve also given Admin users access to some new functionality called Business Settings that should make everyone’s life a little easier (more on this later — keep an eye on your inbox!).
